IRCF membership includes four issues of the journal
Each issue provides feature articles on reptile and amphibian conservation, research, husbandry, species profiles, travelogues, commentaries on topics important to conservation, profiles of prominent herpetologists and conservationists, historical perspectives, book reviews and newsbriefs.
The quality of content and presentation is superb; the journal is printed on heavy stock with glossy covers. Each issue, typically 64 pages long with little advertising, is richly illustrated.
